Die Lage war sehr gut. Der Empfang und die Kommunikation mit Manager Jacco und Els von Starkoservice waren ausgezeichnet. Auch bei Fragen zu Internet und Stromversorgung sehr ausreichend und schnell erreichbar. Sehr geräumiges Haus. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben die Umgebung und die Ruhe genossen.
Es gibt jedoch einige Verbesserungspunkte unsererseits, die wir gerne mitteilen möchten. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir, dass insbesondere in beiden Badezimmern an den Dichtkanten und Duschwänden viel Schimmel (ungesund) war, was zu Undichtigkeiten am Fliesenboden führte und die Rutschgefahr erhöhte. Deshalb roch es aufgrund des hohen Feuchtigkeitsgehalts sehr muffig. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche war aufgrund von Kalkablagerungen stark undicht. Satellitenreceiver hatte keinen internationalen Empfang. Ein Tipp für Mieter, einen Chromecast mitzubringen, kann nicht schaden. WLAN hatte eine sehr begrenzte Reichweite. Schlechte Reichweite zum Schwimmbad und zur hohen Terrasse. Bei der Ankunft schien die Waschmaschine stark verrostet und sehr schmutzig zu sein. Dem Hausbesitzer würde es sicherlich helfen, wenn zusätzlich in die überfällige Instandhaltung des Hauses investiert würde, damit wieder eine Siegerurkunde mit aktuellem Datum an die Wand gehängt werden kann.
