Abscheuliche Villa, bedauerliche Hygiene, eine Fotodatei wurde an Belvilla geschickt, eine Rückerstattung der Hälfte des Aufenthalts wurde versprochen. Statt der geplanten 15 Tage wurde dort nur eine Nacht verbracht! Wir haben immer noch nichts erhalten, ich überlasse es den Kunden, die kommerzielle Seite von Belvilla zu beurteilen, da ich weiß, dass wir über sie eine Villa weitervermietet haben, um unseren Urlaub nicht völlig zu verpassen...

In einem der Betten befanden sich Bettwanzen, und nach dem, was wir im Internet gefunden haben, ist es nicht das erste Mal, dass das passiert ist. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hat unsere Matratze gewechselt, aber es ist immer noch inakzeptabel. Darüber hinaus war offensichtlich, dass das Haus nicht sauber war.
