Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage: zentral gelegen, gut erreichbar und voll ausgestattet. Man sollte jedoch bedenken, dass das Haus in die Jahre gekommen ist; es ist keine moderne Villa. Es hat einige Eigenheiten und, wie man es nennt, „Charakter“. Ein nettes Extra: Das Haus hat eine unglaublich freundliche Katze.
Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr charmant. Von den Schlafzimmern bis zum Garten merkt man, dass die Besitzer Antiquitäten und Vintage-Artikel lieben. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und die Möbel sind veraltet, aber die Betten sind bequem und der Pool ist angenehm kühl.
Das Haus liegt fast an einer Hauptstraße, daher ist mit etwas Verkehr und Umgebungslärm zu rechnen. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts ein paar Probleme mit dem Pool, aber der Sohn der Besitzer hat sie erfolgreich gelöst.
