Das Haus ist sehr sauber, wie neu, mit bequemen Betten.
Nachteil: Es liegt in der Nähe einer Hauptstraße, und die Gemeinde Apt leert die überquellenden Mülltonnen am Ende der Straße nicht rechtzeitig, da sie nach Blumenkohl riechen.

Das Haus ist attraktiv und gut ausgestattet, es gibt jedoch einige Probleme. Der Pool war vor unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt worden und die Wartung während unseres Aufenthalts war schlecht. Es gibt keine Gebrauchsanweisungen für die Geräte, mit denen man möglicherweise nicht vertraut ist, und in der Küche gibt es weder einen Feuerlöscher noch eine Löschdecke. In den Hausinformationen befanden sich keine nützlichen Nummern für Notdienste oder einen Arzt oder Zahnarzt. Die Stromkosten scheinen im Vergleich zu den normalen französischen Preisen exorbitant zu sein, insbesondere weil es einen Verbrauch gibt, der nicht persönlich kontrolliert werden kann; Es gab auch den Versuch, einen höheren Stückpreis zu verlangen, der im Belvilla-Vertrag festgelegt war. Der örtliche Makler lehnt jegliche Verantwortung für das Haus, den Pool und das Grundstück ab und ist nur da, um Gäste zu empfangen und zu verabschieden und die Wäsche zu wechseln. Wenn etwas schief geht, bleibt man im Stich. Das Anwesen liegt ganz in der Nähe einer sehr lauten Straße, die Motorradfahrer offenbar für eine Rennstrecke halten.
