Cancelation
The cancelation of a confirmed booking has to be in writing.
For a cancelation up to 30 days before the arrival date we have to charge 10%; from 29. days before your vacation 75% and from the 7th day 100% of the total amount.

Holiday destination
For fresh breakfast rolls you only have to cross the street and by doing so you can have a first view of the ocean.
The board walk is like the beach about 200m away but far enough to enjoy the quiet apartment near the pedestrian zone.
Wellness Center can also be reached by foot.
Restaurants as well as all kinds of shops can easely be reached without a car.
Parking space is avaiable on the street or on a free parking areas about 300m Iland Parking or 200m at the Post office.

Please remember to book a ferry for your car at www.faehre.de and inform us of your time of arrival.
How to get to the apartement by car:
Follow the general traffic flow until you reach the first traffic light.
Now turn left, pass the island parking area to the intersection at the end of the street. Again turn left and drive on the Badestr. to the Süderstr. (pedestrian traffic light) where you have to turn left again. At the next street turn right. The first house on your right is Johannesstr. 2.
Without a car
Walk parallel to the water along the Königsstr. and Sandwall untill you come to the Süderstr. Turn right into the Süderstr. and walk to the the Johannesstr. which starts to the right. The first house on the right side is Johannesstr. 2

Raised in Wyk I (Birgit Ladewig) always wanted to return some day to live here.
2012 we moved into this 100 year old fully renovated Haus with the included apartement

Als ich ankam, wurde mir die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung gezeigt und alles Mögliche erklärt (inkl. Tipps für Gastronomie und Umgebung). Als Willkommensgruß standen ausgewählte Leckereien, ein wunderbarer Kaffee aus einer der Hamburger Röstereien, selbstgemachtes Quittengelee und eine leckere Bio-Schokolade bereit. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist top und die Haustechnik modern. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und sehr gepflegt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt :-)

Von den Vermietern wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. In der Wohnung standen leckere Aufmerksamkeiten für uns bereit, sie war darüber hinaus perfekt mit allem ausgestattet.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen nächsten Sommer wieder.
