Das Haus war soweit OK, groß, bequem. Leider war es nicht besonders sauber, Duschschlauch war defekt, Duschkopf sehr verkalkt, aus der Regendusche kam kaum Wasser raus, Mülleimer mit Schimmel, aus den Waschbeckenarmaturen kam nur sehr wenig Wasser. Die Kritik wurde von der Dame etwas genervt aufgenommen. Reparatur am nächsten Tag von sehr netten Handwerkern. Ich bin der Meinung das hätte bei der Reinigung auffallen müssen. Dafür war es einfach zu teuer.

Gut, dass Sie Ihre Kritikpunkte bei uns in der Rezeption gemeldet haben, nur so können wir immer wieder an unserer Dienstleistung arbeiten und die Mängel beheben. Manchmal wird eben auch bei den Reinigungskräften in der Hauptsaison etwas übersehen oder es wird vergessen weiter zu geben auch dafür möchten wir uns bei Ihnen entschuldigen. Unsere Haustechniker sind ja immer für alle Reparaturen zur Stelle und somit konnten wir Ihnen ja auch unmittelbar zur Seite stehen und die Mängel beheben. Wir würde uns freuen Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen und verbleiben
