Dass wir eine Familie mit Kindern waren, die sehr von der Nähe des großen Spielplatzes und der Nähe zum Wasser sowie einem guten Weg nach Juelsminde profitierten, sodass die Kinder herumlaufen konnten. / Terrasse auf beiden Seiten des Hauses, sodass wir sowohl morgens als auch abends Zeit hatten Sonne
