Die Betreuung durch Mahr sowie die Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung Alpenblick waren (wieder einmal) vorbildlich. Die Wohnung ist so aufgeteilt, das zwei Parteien mit separaten Schlaf- und Badezimmern ihren eigenen Bereich haben. Im Hauptabadezimmer ist eine Sauna eingebaut. In fast jede Richtung gibt es einen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Balkon zum Wohnzimmer hin bietet (leider durch Tannen etwas eingeschränkt) einen tollen Blick auf Wachsenstein und Zugspitze. Vom kleinen Balkon hinter der Küche hat man ebenfalls einen schönen Blick über Garmisch in Richtung. Die Küche hat eine sehr große Kühl-Gefrierkombination und sogar einen Weinkühler. Weitere Pluspunkte sind die Tiefgarage (welche bei der engen Straße auch sehr nötig ist) und die Lage. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig zum Zentrum Garmisch und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Zusammenfassend ist es eine tolle Wohnung der jedoch etwas Wartung fehlt.
