Cancellation policy
Cancellation is possible at any time before the start of the trip. It must always be declared in writing (by registered mail). The date of receipt of the cancellation by us is decisive for the cancellation date. In case of cancellation or no-show, the house owner charges cancellation fees. You are obliged to pay an appropriate compensation for the expenses. Depending on the time of the declaration of withdrawal, the following flat-rate cancellation fees will be charged by the tenant. Cancellation declarations are accepted by the holiday home agent for the house owner.
Up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 25 % of the total price. 89 to 75 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the total price.
74 to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 50 % of the total price. 44 to 30 days before start of rental: 80 % of the total price. In the event of a cancellation later than 30 days before the start of the rental period, 90 % of the total price must be paid, unless the rental object can be passed on for the same period at the same price. In this case, only the amount of 10 % of the total price is due, unless the Lessee himself provides a substitute Lessee who enters into the contract under the stated conditions. If changes are made after the booking regarding the rental object or rental period, we are entitled to charge a handling fee of 60,- Euro. A rebooking to the following season is unfortunately not possible.
