Paradise, absolutely quiet: This 4 room luxury apartment (only vacation apartment), air-conditioned, 112 m², is located in a villa with 340 m² living space, on the first floor with exceptional guest private gardens, including a heated guest pool.
It consists of a large living room with large kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Under the roofed terrace there is a large barbecue available. Furthermore, there are further sitting and dining areas directly at the flowing water of the small Zen pond with Japanese carp and at the pool, embedded by southern and Asian flora. The property was built and designed by the friend and collaborator of the sculptor and French actor Jean Marais (La Belle et la Bête). Some sculptures still in the apartment and in the garden bear witness to this friendship.
Numerous parking spaces are available in the closed residence. Free wireless internet, heated pool, protected parking, exclusive gardens, independent apartment, large barbecue, etc.

The apartment is located in a villa district in Montauroux in the charming Provençal hinterland with olive groves and lavender fields near the lake and the beaches of the Côte d'Azur.
Explore the charming surroundings and visit e.g. Grasse and drive absolutely also to the nearby lake and the beautiful Mediterranean coast with its wonderful beaches. On the Cote d'Azur there are many cities worth seeing. Trips to Saint Tropez, Saint Raphael, Cannes, Antibes Juan les Pins, Nice or Monaco are worthwhile.
You can arrive by plane (destination airport "Nizza Côte d'Azur") or of course by car.
