Negativ:
- Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin nicht/ bzw. nur schwer möglich (spricht ausschließlich polnisch)
- Zustand einzelner Teile des Objekts (z.B. kaputte Bänke im Außenbereich, Türklinke eines Zimmers marode, Risse in Fliesen auf dem Boden im Freizeitraum).
Das schlimmste ist aber die veraltete Elektronik: die Sicherung fliegt oft heraus, sodass der Kühlschrank ausgeht und die Spühlmaschine nicht mehr arbeitet.
- Pool gehört nicht direkt zu dem vermieteten Objekt, sondern steht auf dem angegrenzenden Grundstück der Vermieterin
Positiv:
- nette Vermieter, hilfsbereit
- Genereller Zustand des Objekts
Fazit:
Wer nicht die Möglichkeit hat, mittels Google Translator und viel Geduld mit den Vermietern zu kommunizieren, hat es schwer.
Außerdem fühlt man sich oft beobachtet, wer also auf Privatsphäre im Pool oder im Außenbereich Wert legt, sollte dies beachten.
Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt aber angenehm.
