Cancellation policy
In compliance with the law, you are required to pay the rental price even if you're unable to make your trip due to personal issues such as illness, or for professional or family reasons. However, we shall offset any expenses saved (20% of the rental price, according to the settled case law of the local court of Niebüll) as well as revenue from letting the accommodation to a new guest. According to the law, you might also have to pay 80% of the rental price even if you need to cancel your stay. In addition, you'll be charged €20.00 processing fee. We therefore recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The flat is located in a quiet side street in the north of Westerland, in the popular residential complex Friesenhain.
The beach is approx. 750m away and the well-known Friedrichstraße/pedestrian zone with all the cultural offerings about 1500m.
Getting there
The Auto Train 'Sylt Shuttle' will take you to the island. The route: From Niebüll via the Hindenburgdamm (causeway) across the Wadden Sea. From the Danish island of Rømø you can take the ferry across the open sea to Sylt.
The quickest way to travel is by plane. From many German airports, the flight time is only 1 hour.
You will receive the keys to the house, visitor's cards and login data for the WiFi internet (upon request) in our office.
