In case of withdrawal, the following cancellation fees apply: • 20% of the total price from the conclusion of the contract and up to 60 days before the start of the journey • From 59 to 30 days before departure 40% of the total price • from 29 to 8 days before departure: 80% of the total price • from 7 days before departure to not show: 100% of the total price. The resignation must be in writing, the date of receipt is decisive. The customer has the opportunity to prove that a lesser or no damage was incurred. Holiday destination

The holiday house is situated on Costa Calma (calm coast), the narrowest place on Fuerteventura. Costa Calma is one of the most popular tourist towns, there are many shops, restaurants and leasure activities. Since La Torre (the tower), is situated on one of the best places on this coast section (only private resorts). The light-coloured sandy beach which begins here reaches almost until the end of the island in Morro Jable.

Ca. 20 Stufen und man ist direkt am traumhaften Strand, welcher schon karibischen Charakter hat! Das Meer ist herrlich klar und jeden morgen mit einer Tasse Kaffee den Sonnenaufgang auf der Terrasse genießen, das ist Entspannung pur! In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht und noch mehr. (Super Bratpfannen und Töpfe zum selbst Kochen). Kühlschrank mit Gefrierteil, Spülmaschine, Herd mit Backofen, Kaffeemaschine...man hat an alles gedacht! Mit Lars durften wir uns noch das untere Appartment anschauen, denn man braucht ja Alternativen, wenn das Torre 4 schon ausgebucht ist... ;-). Alles sehr unkompliziert und sehr persönlich! Wir fühlen uns dort schon wie daheim und kommen sicher wieder!

Wir waren wieder einmal zu Dritt in der Ferienwohnung Torre 4 und es hat uns auch dieses Mal wieder sehr gut gefallen. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Eierkocher, Geschirr sind nur ein paar Beispiele aus dem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haushalt. Badetücher und Bettwäsche ist in einen super Zustand vorhanden. Wir nutzten täglich die große Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen. Das Frühstück am Morgen, mit Blick auf den Strand und übers Meer, ist einfach unbeschreiblich. Ein paar Treppenstufen nach unten und man ist am Strand. Da der Bäcker Berlin in unsere Aufenthaltszeit gerade geschlossen hatte, empfiehl uns Lars den einheimischen Bäcker und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Lieben Dank Lars für deine vielen und sehr hilfreichen Empfehlungen.
