FERIEHOME COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION POLICY
1 If you decide to cancel your reservation up to 45 days before the arrival day due to closed borders, you are entitled to a full refund that the agency received, deducted for the transaction cost.
2 If you decide to cancel a reservation up to 45 days before the arrival day because the region in which the booked object is located is on the red list, or you need to go to quarantine after staying in the reserved holiday home, you will be issued a credit voucher for the amount that agency received, which you can use within 24 months from the issuing date, for the originally booked holiday home.
3 If you cancel the reservation for the above-mentioned reasons up to 10 days before the arrival day, and the agency managed to rebook your term, then the agency is obliged to issue a credit voucher in the amount received from another guest for a stay within your term (could be a last-minute discount, etc.) which you can use within 24 months from the date of issuing, for the originally booked holiday home.
REMARK:
• The guest cannot request a refund or a credit voucher for any reason other than the reasons stated above.
• Although the cancellation conditions set out in this policy apply to most of our holiday homes, for some it is not because the homeowners have not agreed to participate in this cancellation policy.
• At your request, our agents will notify you of the cancellation policy for each holiday home you are interested in.
• If you have made a reservation before November 1st, 2020, our standard General Terms and Conditions listed below for cancellation will be applied.
Villa IVAN is furnished with high quality and offers all you would need for a very comfortable and luxurious vacation with amazing sea views from every room.
Villa IVAN offers 4 double bed bedrooms, each with a TV, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and shower. One of the bedrooms has a spacious terrace with lounge furniture to enjoy sea views, and there will be a possibility to use a sofa bed for 1 person in two bedrooms. On the lower ground floor, there is a gym with TV, sauna, bathroom with shower, a smaller bedroom with a sofa bed and TV. The ground floor offers a living and dining area with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, glass walls on the south side and amazing, opened sea views, exit toward the pool area, outdoor dining area, and toward children's playground with small playhouse and a slide.
The outdoor area offers 30 square meters (8,6mx3,5m) heated pool, not overlooked, sun deck area with 6 deck chairs all with absolute privacy, covered outdoor dining area equipped with speakers, outdoor barbecue, toilet, and shower.
Possibility to rent 8 mountain bikes with the owner as a tour guide in this area, and also the possibility of renting a boat, you can ask the owner for more details.
The luxurious and modern Villa Ivan was published in summer 2017, so the prices are very reasonable. We recommend this as a unique opportunity to use!

Villa IVAN is located in a very quiet, natural, and unspoiled environment next to Brzet beach, 1,5 km from Omiš together with an identical Villa Petra, which is positioned in front of Villa Ivan so both villas (which are the only ones in this area) have an open view of the coast and sea.

If the Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation the Homeowner can keep:
40% of the total booking price if canceled 48 hours after deposit payment, to 60 days prior to the Check-in Date
50% of the total booking price if canceled 60-30 days prior to the Check-in Date
100% of the total booking price if canceled 30-0 days prior to the Check-in Date
Guest can cancel for free in 48 hours after paying the Booking deposit (owner makes full refund)
Arrivals and departures are only on Saturday
