Boat journeys on the lake of Chiemsee, visiting the beautiful islands and the castle of Ludwig II. Shopping in Prien, Rosenheim, Salzburg or Munich. Spend time at the Opera and Concert Festival in IMMLING (Bad Endorf), the castle in Hohenaschau with a variety of cultural events or the castle in Amerang. You have the choice.
Holiday destination
Our house called "Chiemsee Apart“ - is located right in the centre of the so called Chiemgau area – very close to the lake of Chiemsee and in the beautiful neighbourhood of the Baviarian Alpes. Right behind the apartment house and it´s quiet street starts a huge protected landscape area – ideal for walking down to the lake, through little woods and water reed fields. The lakefront can be reached in 15 min (by foot), sailing school and the harbour of Prien in 20 min.
Getting there
You reach us by:
Plane: International Airport Munich or International Airport Salzburg
Train: ICE/IC: from Munich or Salzburg
Car: Motorway A8 (Munich-Rosenheim-Salzburg) - please take the exit No 106 (Bernau) and follow the signs to Prien.
Turn right at the first Traffic Light into the "Hochriesstrasse".
Follow the road approximatly 1 km and then turn right into the "Spitzsteinstrasse" - this street lead you though an underpass. At the end of the underpass turn right again into the "Ernsdorferstrasse" and then the 2nd road again right into the "Ludwig-Thoma-Strasse".
After a while the road makes a leftturn. Please follow the leftturn into the "Rauschbergstrasse". You will find our house with the No 8 on the right side. Welcome!

Bei Chiemsee Apart wird an alles gedacht und es fehlt an nichts._x000D_
Die Buchsammlung sorgt für ausreichende Bildung an den freien Tagen und die Umgebung lädt zu großen Wanderungen oder Spaziergängen ein._x000D_
Alle Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit._x000D_
Es gibt viele Tiere in der Umgebung, was die Kinder stets erfreut!_x000D_
