This is a small and beautiful hotel near the famous Neuschwanstein castle. The rooms and suites are very nicely and the view of the castle from those rooms with a view is amazing. All good with the hotel... Except that the management is not reliable and this is not nice. We booked a super suite with two separate rooms and view to the castle, but when we arrived they had given up our suite and gave us a suite with a single room. We had booked a second room for another couple travelling with us. To begin with they started by telling us nonsense that they had upgraded us by locating the our rooms and the room of the other couple in the same building. That was a joke. They took us by idiots. After we complained, the manager came with a twitched face and after endless discussion finally they gave us in exchange two separate rooms, a suite with a view and a another room with no view. While the solution kinda worked, it wasn't what we booked and wanted. It is very disappointing to book a room, provide visa for guaranteeb, reconfirm and even checked in online and discover that your room has given up when you're there. This is unacceptable because the confirmation of the booking is a legally binding transaction. In summary, beautiful hotel, unreliable management.
