Cancellation policy
Regardless of the time of cancellation, the agreed rental price minus our saved expenses (10%) is due. Therefore, 90% of the rental price must be paid. However, we will make every effort to re-let the holiday home. We expressly commit to informing the guest who has withdrawn from the contract about other rentals during the cancelled period and to adjust the due rental price accordingly.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover you in such an event.

Holiday destination
The finca is located in close proximity to the island's most beautiful hiking trails. You can shop directly in the village; the second island capital, Los Llanos, is just a 25-minute drive away. The beach with the most sunshine hours on the island, where you can also find quaint fish restaurants, is only a 20-minute drive away.

Dieses Ferienhaus war einfach perfekt! Die Lage ist ruhig und idyllisch, gleichzeitig gut erreichbar. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, mit einer top ausgestatteten Küche und einem privaten Pool im Garten – ideal zum Entspannen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben.

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern über Ostern für 12 Tage in der Finca Miraflores. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von unserem Vermieter empfangen mit frischem Obst, Wein und Eiern von seinen eigenen Hühnern. Die Finca ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die bodentiefen Fenster mit Blick ins Grüne und zum Meer haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Der Pool lädt zu einer Erfrischung ein. Es gibt mehrere Außenplätze an denen man gemütlich sitzen kann. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus zum wandern aufbrechen. Die Lage der Finca ist wirklich unglaublich schön und fantastisch. Wir können die Finca auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und danken Peter nochmal für den sehr herzlichen Empfang.
