Holiday destination
The city of Markkleeberg is located on the southern edge of Leipzig and is a very popular residential area.
In addition to extensive forested areas, Markkleeberg has Lake Cospuden and Lake Markkleberg with plenty of leisure activities.
There is a broad network of cycling and hiking paths around the banks of the lakes. Fine sandy beaches offer relaxation and bathing in the summer and the 9 hole golf course right on the lake for sporty activities. In addition, there is a large port with cafes, shops and a promenade and on Lake Markkleeerg there is one of the most modern wildwater complexes with a canoe park.
Markkleeberg has very good infrastructure. Through the restructuring of the municipal railway and the completion of the Leipzig CityTunnel you can reach the city centre of Leipzig within a few stations.
The federal road B2 and the A38 with connection to the A9 and A14 are only a few minutes away by car.

The loft is fully equipped with a kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine (including coffee), washing machine etc. even suitable for a longer holiday.
