Sand in Taufers is located in the beautiful Tauferer Ahrntal, an ideal starting point for exploring all sorts of side valleys such as Mühlwald, Rein in Taufers, Weissenbach, etc. Just 300m from the house is the Cascade thermal baths, and right around the house are top restaurants that know how to tantalize your taste buds. The top ski resorts in the vicinity include:
Ski resort Kronplatz - the clear number one and namesake of the entire region is Kronplatz itself. And it's no wonder. Those who reach the very top and spin around once will be truly amazed.
Ski resort Speikboden; Small, exquisite, and very diverse: Speikboden, located between Sand in Taufers and Luttach, has a lot to offer.
Ski resort Klausberg; When children rave about Klausi-Land or tell of their first great attempts at jumping on the Dino-Fun-Line, they've been on the 2510m high Klausberg – which can officially call itself the most family-friendly ski resort in Italy.
Skiing at Speikboden is a sunny ski area up to 2500m with perfectly groomed slopes.
Rein in Taufers is the cross-country skiing area in the Ahrntal.
The name Kronplatz speaks for itself.
Getting there
Take the Brenner motorway and exit at Brixen towards Bruneck, then into the Ahrntal valley. At the entrance of Sand in Taufers, turn right and after 50 meters past the Pizzeria Mausefalle, turn right again.

Große Wohnung, alles ist brandneu und stilvoll, das gesamte Gebäude ist schön gestaltet und sehr gut gebaut, mit Geschmack und Qualität. Der Eigentümer ist großartig, jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und antwortet auf jede Frage oder Anfrage. Es gibt einen Aufzug, um die oberen Etagen leicht zu erreichen, einen sehr schönen Wellnessbereich mit zwei Saunen, einem Whirlpool, einem beheizten Massage-/Ruheraum... alles, was man braucht. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind in einem privaten Parkplatz innerhalb des Gebäudes verfügbar (nicht auf der Straße wie bei vielen anderen).
Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nahe am Skigebiet Klausberg (15 Minuten mit dem Auto) oder den Skibasen Kronplatz in Bruneck, Olang, Reischach oder Furcia... all diese sind in 15 bis 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Mit dieser Wohnung haben Sie kostenlosen Busverkehr nach Klausberg, einige Rabatte für die Miete von Skiausrüstung usw.
Wir haben hier 4 Nächte verbracht, alles war gut, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar, besonders wenn man sieht, dass man ein geräumiges, neues und ansprechend gestaltetes Zimmer sehr nah an allen beliebten Attraktionen in der Umgebung hat. Vollständig empfohlener Ort.
