The holiday home is located on the edge of the nature reserve "la Clape" with a beautiful view of vineyards and the "Capitoul" castle. The well-known holiday destination Gruissan, located southeast of Narbonne, is considered one of the most beautiful villages in France due to its location and successful Mediterranean architecture. With long, fine sandy beaches that slope gently into the sea, surrounded by the mountain ranges of the Massif de la Clape, its hiking and riding trails, the place is situated along a coastal strip where fish-rich étangs populated by flamingos alternate with wide sandy beaches.

We had wonderful time in this rental house.
Easy access, close to Narbonne - 8 minutes drive for shopping center, with good bakeries, 3 km from old village Gruissan and 5km Sandy beaches and clear blue water.
The house is perfect for 7/8 people, with nice volumes and well equipped furnitures, and big advantage is climate system.
Nice outside terrace shaded by Oliver tree and nice swimming pool area with views on wine area and Chateau Capitoul - accessible by walking distance for wonderful drinks and food on terraces.
The communication with Mrs Nayrac was easy and she made our stay fantastic with good advices, and full equipped house including bed linen and towels. Definitely a very good quality price holiday close to see and noces area to visit like Narbonne, canal du midi villages and Corbières.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, großzügig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Terasse und Poolbereich sind ebenfalls sehr schön. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat gute Tips für Restaurants. Narbonne und Gruissant sind sehr nette Orte, die Umgebung ist ideal zum Wandern und radfahren.
Leider ist es nachts bei offenem Fenster etwas laut durch die landstrasse, die an dem grundstück vorbei führt.
