If you cancel up to 60 days prior to arrival: 25% of the rental fee
If you cancel 59-45 days prior to arrival: 35% of the rental fee
If you cancel 44-30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the rental fee
If you cancel 29-14 days prior to arrival: 90% of the rental fee
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival: the full rental fee.
The cancellation must be made in writing; the date on which the lessor receives the notification shall apply.
In case of early departure, the lessee shall pay the full rental fee.

Holiday destination
You only have to walk a few minutes to reach the rambling Mediterranean beach. There are also plenty of parking spaces directly at the beach, where you can park for free year-round.
The vast nature reserve behind the residence makes you want to go on extensive hiking tours.
Getting there
Coming from Germany, take the A7 via Lyon, Valence to Oragne. There, take the A9 via Nimes and Montpellier to Béziers-Ouest (exit no. 36), then towards Vendres.
In Vendres, follow the road leading straight to the Mediterranean Sea, then backtrack a little in the direction of Fleury, halfway along the route you'll want to turn left towards Saint-Pierre-la-Mer.
Once you reach the roundabout at the entrance of the town, take a right turn and after a few metres you'll see the residence on your right.

Host informationWe, a family of four who lives in the centre of Lower Saxony, bought this house in 2017.
The previous owner took good care of the property and we liked it right away. Its size and location turned out to be exactly what we were looking for.
We especially liked the large terrace, the 2nd terrace behind the house and the community pool, of course.

Ferienhaus inkl Küche super ausgestattet Und sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Die Betten waren genauso bequem wie zu Hause, somit war die Erholung sofort gegeben. Das Naturschutzgebiet hinterm Haus ist wunderschön und hat zu langen Spaziergängen eingeladen und auch zum Strand waren es nur 5 Minuten, dies war für die Kinder natürlich das absolute Highlight. Wir können dieses tolle Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen und werden es selbst spätestens nächstes Jahr wieder beziehen.
