Since the beginning of 2025, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax. This is staggered by category and season:
The fee from March 1st - October 31st is €15.00/night per villa and from November 1st - February 29th it is €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival or paid with Visa or Master card.

Holiday destination
The village of Prines is particularly green and idyllic year-round. Two of the three taverns are open throughout the year. A mini market is almost always open.
The area is very quiet, but in a few minutes you can reach the city of Rethymnon with its many attractions and the beautiful old town. Many taverns are open throughout the year. Many guests from around the world come to Crete to taste the fine cuisine.
From the Villa you have amazing views of the Akrotiri peninsula and the White Mountains.

Artemis ist ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort. Das Haus befindet sich am Stadtrand von Prines. Es sind nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto und 20 Minuten zu Fuß zur nächsten Taverne und zu den Geschäften. Die Villa ist vollständig ausgestattet. Sie müssen nichts mitbringen, außer Lebensmitteln. Die Einrichtung ist gehoben. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Regendusche. Ein Haartrockner, Shampoo und Flüssigseife sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist ebenfalls vollständig ausgestattet mit Töpfen, Pfannen und Besteck. Der Poolbereich ist gut dimensioniert und bietet mehrere bequeme Liegen. In den Schlafzimmern sind Satellitenfernseher vorhanden. Die Türen und Fenster sind gut schallisoliert, was angesichts der lauten Grillen besonders wichtig ist. Fazit: Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen.
