Our private holiday home is in a quiet location in Mittenwald. Garden, south-facing terrace and south-facing balcony. The DB train station, the Karwendel railway, shops, restaurants and the pedestrian zone can be reached on foot. Beautiful walks along the Isar river, cycling paths and many beautiful walks start in the immediate area.
Getting there
Travel on well-developed roads to Mittenwald. Mittenwald station, serviced by regional trains, is easily accessible.

Wir waren im Herbst 2025in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus. Es ist mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet!! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt und Mittenwald ist ein guter Startpunkt um zu wandern, Fahrrad zu fahren und vieles mehr. Liebe Frau Sellmaier! Wir ko.men wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage und ruhiger Umgebung. Sehr sauber, gepflegt und top ausgestattet. Besonders was die Küchenutensilien angeht, fehlte es an nichts. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet - wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl- und zuhause gefühlt. Garage direkt am Haus vorhanden. Der Ortskern mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Frau Sellmaier ist eine sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin, die sich um ihre Gäste kümmert und immer für sie erreichbar ist. Entsprechend positiv empfand ich auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld unseres Urlaubs. Da wir noch lange nicht alles in dieser traumhaft schönen Gegend gesehen und besichtigt haben, ist unser nächster Aufenthalt bereits in (gedanklicher) Planung - sehr gerne wieder im "Hause Sellmaier"!
