Our apartment is located in a 2-family house from the 1920s with a garden and is very quiet despite its convenient location and connections. It is the ideal starting point for a relaxed city trip to Oldenburg and its surroundings!
The 43-square-metre holiday apartment is perfect for 2-3 people
It boasts a stylish living/sleeping area (bed, sofa bed, built-in wardrobe, desk, TV, stereo, etc.), a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.), as well as bathroom, hall and storage room.
The apartment is brand-new and complies, among other things, with the latest guidelines of the Ordinance on Thermal Insulation In addition, the roof windows are equipped with sun protection blinds and the floor-to-ceiling windows in both dormers ensure good cross-ventilation. Thus, the temperature in the apartment remains pleasant even on hot summer days.
In the basement, a washing machine and dryer are available and there is a covered space for bicycles outside.
Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows in the dormers, the skylights and the modern furnishings, our attic holiday apartment is bright and spacious, yet retains the cosy ambiance typical of loft apartments due to the sloping roof.
Oldenburg folks love to ride their bikes – in any weather. A well-developed network of cycle paths throughout the city and its surroundings ensures safe and fast cycling. Therefore, our apartment comes with two solid bicycles, a Gazelle ladies' and a Rabeneick gentleman's bike, which can be used by our guests at any time to enjoy the Oldenburg flair!
The former residence and now university city of Oldenburg offers visitors all the opportunities that make a city trip attractive: with its six museums, the state theatre, cabarets, the bustling city centre with a variety of shops, nice cafés and restaurants, Oldenburg offers its visitors diverse cultural and leisure options. From here you can take trips to the surrounding area and to the East Frisian Islands.
By car: Take motorway exit A28 Westkreuz/Haarentor, head outbound along Ofener Straße towards the university, at the traffic lights after approx. 400 metres turn right into Schützenweg, then immediately take the next left and you have already reached your destination.
From Central Station by bus: From Central Station take bus 306 (University) or 310 to Schützenweg (7 stops) and turn into Schützenweg, then turn into the first street on the left and you have arrived!
