Cancellation policy
The guest can withdraw from the booking (in writing, letter or email). If you do not start the trip, the following portions of the total price are due:
1. If you cancel 59 days to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price
2. If you cancel 29 days to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
3. If you cancel 13 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
We recommend taking out travel cancellation and interruption insurance.

To the north of the residential complex, the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama Nature Park is directly connected. Canyon hikes, mountain biking and nature experiences are particularly popular in the transition months. There are numerous amusement parks in the area for families with children, so it never gets boring ....
Holiday destination
Nerja lies at your feet, with its 14 km of coastline, numerous beaches and picturesque rocky coves. Cafés and bars offer refreshments, and restaurants with a wide variety of cuisine (including Indian, Arabic, and Mexican) invite you to feast and enjoy.
Getting there
From Malaga airport via the Autovia del Mediterráneo (E 15, A7) you can reach Nerja in about 40 minutes. It takes a little longer with about 1 1/2 hours from Granada ..... If you prefer to travel comfortably and want to reach landscapes, small towns and bays, you should take the N 340 ....

After many vacation trips with our children, we decided to set up a vacation home in the distance - modern and large, quiet and beautiful, in a well-kept complex, but not too far from the beach and the destinations. If we are not there ourselves, we would like the region around Nerja to be an adventure holiday for other guests too. Die Ferienwohnung war echt super! Die Lage ist top, man ist schnell im Zentrum und auch der Strand ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang entfernt. Ideal, um morgens gemütlich einen Kaffee in der Stadt zu trinken und nachmittags am Meer zu entspannen.
Auch die Busverbindungen sind super, man kommt überall schnell und unkompliziert hin. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber, gemütlich und hatte alles, was man braucht.
Meine Freundin und ich haben uns total wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt mit meinem Freund in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, nur wenige Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und auch der Strand ist ganz schnell erreichbar. So konnte ich sowohl das Stadtleben genießen als auch spontane Strandtage einlegen.
Die Anbindung mit dem Bus ist ebenfalls super. Es gibt mehrere Haltestellen in der Nähe, sodass man auch ohne Auto flexibel und mobil ist.
Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht.
Ebenfalls hatte sie eine ruhige Lage mit Ausblick auf das Meer. Man hat auch Zugang zu einem schönen Pool ca. 3min entfernt.
Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. ideal für alle, die eine zentrale Lage, Strandnähe und gute Verkehrsanbindung schätzen!
