    The Gerdshagen estate is located in Satower Land, not far from the Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock and a few kilometers from the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn, Rerik, Heiligendamm and Warnemünde. Gerdshagen is quickly accessible from the A20 highway (approx. 4 km) and is a good starting point for bike tours and hiking tours through meadows and fields thanks to well-developed paths.

    Highway A20, exit Kröpelin 4 km> towards Kröpelin / Kühlungsborn in Gerdshagen, 1st possibility on the left in "Zum Buschlinhsberg"> on the right is the manor.
