Holiday destination
SUNDOWN: charming apartment, upscale living environment, old walls, private terrace with lounge, loungers and stunning views. WiFi, TV. New large kitchen: fully equipped, dishwasher, large stove, oven, kitchen cabinet, freezer, washing machine) and short distances to the medieval village of OSTRA (1.5 km) and 15 km to the nearest beach, to Senigallia, Jesi and the mountains. The large infinity pool (13x7m) is located a bit off the beaten track on another part of the property and is popular with swimmers (not suitable for smaller children). But also the panoramic view during the swim is impressive. There are no leisure facilities (playground etc.) for children, as our guests primarily want peace and relaxation.
Getting there
Motorway exit Senigalli, 15 km to Ostra, before the city wall direction one-way street, turn left into via del Paradiso. Follow the road for 1.5 km until you get to the top. In a right turn, the entrance (cypress avenue) to TENUTA PARADISO. In any case, please agree with the landlord under 0049-1712016495 or 0049 1755015055 (email: info@tenuta-paradiso.de). If possible, an hour before planned arrival. After consultation, a pick-up from the airport (25 km) can be arranged.

Meine Frau war erst skeptisch, aber als wir in Sichtweite des Anwesens waren, war sie begeistert und ist seitdem ein absoluter Fan. Ich liebe den Ausblick und der Pool ist eine echte Bereicherung. Da wir einen gut erzogenen Sohn haben, dachten wir, dass wir mal einen Urlaub buchen, der nicht speziell für Kinder zugeschnitten ist. Auch unser Sohn fand diesen Urlaub super. Du bist in kürzester Zeit in der kleinen Stadt Ostra in der du so gut wie alles findest. Sie ist romantisch und auch wenn man kein großer Spaziergänger ist, macht es Spaß, sie zu erkunden. Morgens habe ich beim Bäcker tolle Leckereien gekauft und den Kaffee ganz klassisch mit einem Bialettikocher auf dem Gas zubereitet. Absolut perfekt waren die Tipps vom Gastgeber welche uns an wundervolle Orte gebracht haben. Immer gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns mit unseren 2 Hunden sehr wohl gefühlt im Bungalow Loggia Paradiso. Eine atemberaubende Landschaft mit Zeit zum Ausspannen und Erholen abseits vom Tourismus. In dem Bungalow ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Urlaub benötigt, es hat nichts gefehlt. Dankbar waren wir über die Klimaanlage, die Abkühlung verschaffte. Im Pool hatten wir einen traumhaften Ausblick auf Ostra und Umgebung. Tip für Hundehalter Ein freier Kiesstrand, wo Hunde erlaubt sind, befindet sich am Ortseingang von Marotta, Spiaggia Libera Aperta Ai Cani, 25km entfernt. In Senigallia gibt es 3 kostenpflichtige Hundestrände, Ortseingang Kies, Bagni Blasco 119 Sand, Ortsausgang Kies. 2 Liegen 1 Sonnenschirm 25Euro pro Tag im Juli. Wir bedanken uns bei Familie Weimann für eine wunderschöne Zeit.
