This historic villa in the classical style of the turn of the century is located in the city centre of Merano. 300 m to the loggia and 400 m to the thermal bath. Restaurants, bars and shopping are all in the immediate vicinity. The nearest ski area is Meran 2000 (4 km) which can easily be reached with the bus right on the doorstep. There are also numerous hiking and walking paths right from the holiday home.
