There is a separate entrance, open kitchen, living room with with wood stove, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bath tub and toilet, gallery with 2 beds, balcony with table and chairs; everything was furnished new and with purpose.
Cable TV, CD ad DVD player, radio, free internet connection and coffee machine are also available.

The holiday apartment is located in the village of Schwanden with a view of the mountains, meadows and forest in the midst of a very beautiful hiking and ski area and bordering the known woodworking and holiday village of Brienz with the Brienzersee.
Shopping in a radius of 1.5 km. Starting point for many excursion and holiday destinations in the Berner Oberland.
Brienz, take the branch toward Schwande to the Dorfplatz (with grocery store), left through a narrow street (Stutzligasse), after 100 m left again, straight to Glyssen through the forest over the bridge into the cul-de-sac, last house.
If a reservation is cancelled, the following cancellation costs are due:
up to 20 days before arrival, 50% of the total rental price
up to 10 days before arrival 100% of the total agreed upon amount
Tourist tax (adults), per night 3.00 EUR
Visitor's tax (kids), 1 euro per night.
Bed linens, bathroom linens and kitchen towels, wood for the fireplace are included in the price.
