Near the holiday house there are restaurants, bakeries, ice cream parlour, banks, post, hairdresser, shopping, dialysis practice, spa doctors, pharmacy, tourist information, spa park with playground, bike rental. In addition, you can walk to the starting point for mudflat rides to the island of Neuwerk.

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen im Ferienhaus Lars verbracht. Der Kontakt zu Frau Birner war immer sehr nett. Die Ausstattung ist top. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man sich wünschen kann. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig , aber trotzdem zentral. Wenn unsere fast erwachsenen Zwillinge noch einmal mit uns nach Cuxhaven fahren möchten, dann auf jeden Fall in dieses Ferienhaus.

Wir waren das erste Mal in Cuxhaven und haben uns im Ferienhaus Lars sehr wohl gefühlt. Selten findet man ein so sauberes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Wir konnten unsere E-Bikes sicher in
einem Abstellraum unterstellen und dort auch Laden. Bei schlechtem Wetter kann man schön im
Wintergarten sitzen. Das Grundstück ist rundherum nicht einsehbar. Zentral gelegen, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und der Strand sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Rad ist man schnell in Cuxhaven usw.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich, sie hat an alles gedacht. Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
