Villetta Azzurra is located in a higher part of the Costa Paradiso. The house is located on the edge of a
undeveloped, green valley. From the house one can view across the valley to the sea and Isola Asinara. The
sea is ca. 1.200 m (directe line) distant. A business centre with supermarket, bars, restaurants, boutiques
and shops for meat, fish, fruits and vegetables can be reached by car within ca. 3 min (ca. 2.400 m).
The
next restaurant is ca. 1.000 m away. The sandy beach of Costa Paradiso, Li Cossi, can be reached via a
developed footpath along the cliffs. This path starts at the parking space at the small harbour. The harbour
can be reached from the house by car within ca. 6 min (ca. 3.300 m). By walking along the footpath (ca.
700 m) you get to Li Cossi beach, which can‘t be attained by car.

Das sehr gepflegte Haus mit zwei Schlafräumen, davon eines mit WC en suite, hat alles was man braucht.
Zusätzlich gibt es oberhalb des Pools noch ein separates Studio mit eigenem Bad und TV. Die Gebäude, der Pool und die Wege wurden in den Hang integriert und passen sich harmonisch in die malerische Landschaft ein. Ein Highlights ist zweifellos der herrliche Pool, mit einer Größe dass man darin tatsächlich schwimmen und nicht nur planschen kann. Übertroffen wird er jedoch vom atemberaubenden Anblick, wenn abends die Sonne am gänzlich in rot und orange gefärbten Horizont im Meer versinkt. Ein Schauspiel das man auf der geräumigen Terrasse bei einem guten Glas Wein täglich genießen kann.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist fantastisch. Man ist mitten in der herrlichen Natur, umgeben von Bergen und hat von der Terasse einen tollen Blick zum Meer. Der zum Ferienhaus gehörende Garten ist mit viel Liebe angelegt, der Pool ist super und die Terasse herrlich. Das Ferienhaus selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut sortiert. Leider hat das Bett im Kinderzimmer so stark geknarrt, dass wir die Matratze auf den Boden legen mussten. Die Matratze des Sofas im Wohnbereich war durchgesessen und daher unbequem. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Er versuchte noch während unseres Aufenthalts Abhilfe bezüglich der mitgeteilten Mängel zu schaffen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es freut mich, dass Ihnen Lage, Garten, Pool und Ausstattung der Villetta Azzurra so gut gefallen haben. Das Bett im Kinderzimmer konnte ich leider nicht mehr richtig festschrauben, es wird für die Saison 2024 erneuert. Auch die Polster der Sitzecke im Wohnbereich werden ausgetauscht.
