Casa Batana lies in Vrsar, a romantic seaside village on the hill with wonderful sea view and typical medieval construction with numerous narrow streets and small squares. Casa Batana consists of an air-conditioned living area with sofa, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with bar, a shower/toilet. From the living room is the upper floor reachable where there is an air conditioning in the hall which is used for cooling/heating of the two bedrooms upstairs. Both bedrooms have a double bed, one bedroom has exit to the balcony with view of the harbour, the sea and the nearby islands. On the first floor there is also a bath/toilet.

One of the lovers in Vrsar was also Giacomo Casanova, in whose name a festival is held here every year. The place is enriched with artistic spirit that extends from the old quarry, where in the summer months a sculpture school is held. Within walking distance are the beach, restaurant, tavern, shop and several bars. Lovers of active holidays will enjoy the ecological bike/trekking route that passes through the special reserve of the Konti forest next to the Lim bay. The house has its own parking and a small fenced property with sitting set ideal for shared evening moments.

Reservation cancellations notified between 27 and 8 days before arrival: 70 % of the total reservation cost is charged
Reservation cancellations 7 and 1 day before arrival: 80 % of the total reservation cost is charged.
Reservation cancellations on the arrival day or NO SHOW: 100 % of the total reservation cost is charged.
The day when the cancellation notice has been received is considered the cancellation date (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be the next working day). In case of no-show or unnanounced delayed arrival, ISTRIA HOME keeps the total reservation amount.
