Reservations are binding. As soon as you book the apartment, we keep it free for you and cannot offer it to other guests. If a cancellation results in a loss for us, the following conditions apply:
- In case of cancellation, the deposit will definitely not be refunded.
- Within the last 6 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the travel price.
- In the case of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the price for the booked but not used days.
- If something unexpected comes up, please inform us immediately. We will, of course, do our best to rent the apartment to someone else.

The most comfortable route is via the Brenner Motorway - Brenner - Bolzano - exit Bolzano Sud - expressway (MeBo) Bolzano - exit Merano Sud - follow the signs towards Passeier Valley - Brunnenplatz - turn right into Passeier Valley - Kuens - turn right to the holiday apartments Langeshof.
Tip.
In good weather conditions, we recommend the panoramic drive over the Jaufen Pass or the Timmelsjoch High Alpine Road. The Timmelsjoch is open approximately from May to October - toll required.
The Jaufen Pass is open all year round, but at night it is sometimes only passable at your own risk. Please inform yourself about the exact opening times and road conditions of the passes before arrival.

Host informationWe, the Raffl family, warmly welcome you to Langeshof in Kuens, surrounded by orchards and just 4 km from Meran, open all year round. Enjoy the tranquility and the magnificent view of Schenna and Meran. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the bus stop, local restaurants, and shops in Kuens and Riffian.
Give your car a break and use the guest bus, which conveniently takes you to the starting points for hikes, for example, on the Waalweg trails or to the starting points for summit tours.
You'll find it easy to forget the daily grind and recharge your strength and energy on our sunbathing lawn or on the balcony.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Ferienwohnung Abendrot für zwei Wochen im September. Es handelte sich um eine funktional eingerichtete 37 m² große Wohnung mit einem Balkon, der einen Blick auf Schenna und Meran bot. Wir haben gerne den Brötchenlieferservice in Anspruch genommen.
Wir erkundeten die bergige Gegend zu Fuß entlang des nahegelegenen Passerflusses, unter anderem nach Meran, und mit dem Mountainbike in Richtung St. Leonhard. Auch die Region erkundeten wir mit dem Motorrad über den Mendelpass, den Gampenpass und den Stilfser Joch Pass. Nach etwa einem fünfzehnminütigen Aufstieg erreichten wir die rustikale Hilberkeller-Hütte mit ihren stabilen Gartentischen und -bänken. Wir bereuten den Spaziergang an keinem einzigen Abend. Wir fuhren zum einzigen Supermarkt in der Stadt.

Eine super saubere, gut gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit fantastischem Blick auf Meran und die Umgebung. Frau Raffl ist sehr freundlich und kommunikativ und hilft gerne bei Fragen. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen und können den Spielplatz jederzeit nutzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten dank der großartigen Lage alles problemlos mit dem Fahrrad, zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichen. Wir würden sehr gerne zurückkommen.
