Only 900m from the house there is the "Outdoorparc Lungau" situated at the Nessi-Pond. What is offered: 140 meters flying fox, boulder wall, Street Soccer, 10 meters high climbing tower, team course with Giant Swing, Jacob's Ladder, family boats and canoeing at the pond
Holiday destination
Mariapfarr has the most hours of sunshine in all of Austria. During summer hikers and cyclists are lured to the top of the beautiful Lungau mountains with over 60 tarns. During winter the 5 big ski Resorts of the region provide over 150 km of diverse slopes to enthusiastic skiers and snowboarders.
In 2012 the Lungau Region became a UNESCO certified Biosphere Reserve, appreciating the region's sustainable nature and cultural landscape.
Special Highlight of local Culture: The tradition of "Samson".
A wodden figure of 7 meters height is carried through the town by only one person, accompanied by the local brass marching band.

Hervorragend geeignet für größere Familien,
Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und selbst wenn, Frau Laßhofer ,ist immer da wenn es Sorgen oder Probleme gibt. Sehr ruhige Lage Entspannung pur und mit der Lungau Card spart man richtig viel Geld bei Aktivitäten. Inneneinrichtung ist nicht auf dem neuesten Stand aber auch das hat seinen Charm. Wir waren rundum zufrieden

Das Haus ist super. Es ist einfach alles da. Sogar die Geschirrspüler Tabs. Großer Garten und ruhige Gegend. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern aber nicht nur. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Besitzerin. Wir empfehlen das Haus 100%ig weiter
