Cancellation policy
Our general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply, which means:

From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the travel price.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.

Getting there
Over Salzburg, heading south... Access via Taxenbach to Rauris, then a 9 km long paved gravel road.
In winter, only accessible by ski or on foot, we will transport the luggage to the cabin with a snowmobile.
