This old bourgeois villa consists of two parts. Ground floor: bedroom , living room with kitchen and bathroom . Main house: large living room with terrace and fireplace, kitchen/ dining room, three double bedrooms (two with balcony) and two bathrooms (bath / shower). Around the house there are several terraces for rest as well as a spacious outdoor kitchen / barbecue with gazebo and a large swimming pool( 65 square meters) surrounded by a whole day sunny sundeck. At the end of the sundeck is a small gazebo with separate toilet and shower.Villa is located in Ika, one of the towns of the oldest and most famous Opatija riviera. This formerly maritime oriented town just 5 kilometers west of Opatija, today is the boutique destination on the Riviera. Villa is situated in a pacefull location with free bird concerto, just 100 meters from the sea and Lungomare ( seaside promenade) – the ideal way to work up an appetite walking along 12 km way mostly shaded by chesnut and laurel tress. However, if you need complete rest and relaxation you have a 13 x 5 m swimming pool with salted water and massage surrounded with a large sunny terrace that will fully satisfy your needs.
The villa is located in a quiet location, where you can hear only bird calls, but still only 100 meters from the sea and the beach promenade, is removed. Here you can look at the 12 km long route, chestnut and laurel trees. For complete relaxation, there is also a swimming pool 13 x 5 m with salt water and massage that will wake all your senses.

The location is perfect, because from here you can make many day trips to some of the most beautiful national parks (Plitvice, Brijuni or Risnjak), the Istrian coast and its charming little towns, the islands of Krk. Another visit is from the islands of Cres, Rab or Lošinj.
Marunada is the biggest annual event in Lovran. Traditional gastronomic event with the theme "Maroons". Lovran chestnuts are the tastiest chestnuts in the world due to their special climate. That's why this event is so special. Marunada traditionally starts in mid-October.
