Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 6 weeks before the rental period begins with a processing fee of $50.00. In the event of a later cancellation of the trip, the tenant is responsible to pay 100 % of the rental price if we do not succeed in renting out the apartment completely at the rented period for the same price to someone else. In the case of a complete subletting, then only an administrative fee of $50.00, to cover the additional costs and expenses, will be retained.

Wir waren Anfang Dez. 2009 in der Villa Barra zu Gast. Das Haus hat uns sofort angesprochen, als wir es im Internet sahen. Die Bilder und Beschreibungen haben ihr Wort gehalten. Das innen, wie außen frisch renovierte Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Der nächste Supermarkt, die Innenstadt und das Meer sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und dazu noch hübsch eingerichtet. Da wir individuellen Urlaub bevorzugen - für uns genau das Richtige!

Wir durften die Villa Barra in unserem Floridaurlaub in diesem Oktober erleben. Die Gegebenheiten entsprechen voll der Beschreibung. Die Villa ist in einem absolut neuen Zustand. Es stehen ein schöner Grillplatz sowie ein exklusiver Whirlpool zur Verfügung. Unbedingt erfragen, ob der Eigentümer Marco vor Ort ist. Er bietet zu fairen Preisen individuelle Bootstouren an. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Viel Spaß in der Villa!
