Cancellation policy
Should the tenant cancel the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who will enter into the contract on the same terms, the following pro rata rents (excluding cleaning and any laundry package) shall be payable as compensation if no other rental is possible:
-up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 25% of the rental fee
- up to 35 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 35 days prior to arrival) 100% of the rental price.

Liebe Elke wir haben uns sehr wohl in deinem toll eingerichteten Haus gefühlt.
Alles mit Liebe dekoriert total meinen bzw unseren Geschmack getroffen tolle Lage man ist schnell in Haffkrug aber auch schnell an der seebrücke in scharbeutz.
Leider kann man nur 5 geben sonst würden wir 10 geben wir werden wie gesagt wieder kommen.

Ein ganz wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail, es gibt alles was man braucht. Man fühlt sich so wohl dort! Und die Vermieterin, die liebe Elke ist immer für uns da gewesen! für uns war es ein absoluter Traumurlaub! nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder und können es gar nicht mehr erwarten!
