Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period, the following amounts must be paid as compensation, unless the property can be rented out to someone else.
Cancellation up to
* 49 days before arrival: 10% of the rental price
* 35 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
* 21 days before arrival: 60% of the rental price
* 14 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price
* less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price
The landlord assures that they will make an effort to rent out the property to someone else.
If the tenant terminates their stay early, they are still obligated to pay the full rental price.
The cancellation must be made in writing. The date the landlord receives the cancellation notice is decisive.
It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

It offers numerous leisure activities: whitewater canoeing, fantastic hiking trails, horseback riding excursions for adults and children, top mountain bike trails, cycling on Europe's most beautiful bike path directly along the coast between S.Lorenzo al Mare and Ospedaletti / San Remo, boat trips to spot whales and dolphins (from Imperia), and many beaches along the coast for swimming, sailing, surfing, and diving.
Holiday destination
"Antica Torre" is located in Cipressa, on the southern slope above the medieval town center on the edge of a nature reserve. Here you absolutely must take a walk, hike, or jog, always accompanied by a magnificent view of the sea. A famous mountain bike trail invites you to extensive activities. Although you live in absolute quiet, far from traffic noise, you can quickly reach the medieval town center of Cipressa, where you will find two good restaurants, a bar with an overwhelming view of the sea, and a grocery and magazine store, a pharmacy, etc. In a few enjoyable (view!) minutes by car, you reach the lively Riviera (about 3 km from Cipressa). There is also a bus that takes you to the bathing beach, operating several times a day from Cipressa. The flower and palm Riviera beckons with countless gems for excursions. Cipressa itself is about 16 km from the fashionable Sanremo and 9 km from the romantic Porto Maurizio (Imperia). Near Monaco and Nice.

Nach unserem ersten Aufenthalt vor 3 Jahren haben wir uns vorgenommen wieder zu kommen.
Auch beim zweiten Mal war alles wie gewohnt top. Schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber, mega Ausblick
Der Strand ist mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Gerade mit kleinen Kindern ist der Strand in Stefano al Mare super.

Wir kamen nach endloser Fahrt sehr spät an und hatten das Glück dass eine nette Nachbarin gleich das Haus gezeigt hat Am nächsten Morgen konnten wir erst sehen was für ein Schmuckstück uns zur Verfügung stand.
Ein unvergleichlicher Meerblick von den Zimmern und beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse war jeden Tag unser highlight. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber,
In Cipressa bekamen wir jeden Abend ein tolles Abendessen und das Meer war tatsächlich schnell erreichbar mit gutem Strand.
Gerne würden wir einmai wieder kommen!
