Cancellation policy
At the time of booking we charge a deposit of 30% of the total price, the balance is due 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.
Cancellation until 42 days before arrival: free of charge
From 41 to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
From 29 to 14 days before arrival: 75% of the rental price
Later than 14 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price
In case of early departure we will charge you the full amount according to the booking confirmation.
If payments already made exceed a cancellation fee due, the difference will be refunded.

The Valhalla near Donaustauf can be easily reached by bike from Forsthaus Heilsberg. The world-famous concert hall in Blaibach (approx. 45 km away) hosts many top-class concerts with world stars. The Gäuboden metropolis of Straubing with its famous Gäuboden Festival is the gateway to the Bavarian Forest. The Straubing Gäuboden Museum offers a comprehensive overview of the history of Straubing and the Gäuboden.

Die Ferienwohnung ist die beste Wohnung, die wir je gebucht hatten.
Alles schick und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche perfekt ausgestattet - wo hat man schon ein Induktionsfeld, einen Backofen und einen Kaffeevollautomat ?
Ganz liebe Gastgeber, die tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Einkäufe geben, sich aber auch zurücknehmen.
Insgesamt waren es für uns ein paar wunderschöne erholsame Tage - trotz Oktober Wetter.
Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist tip top gepflegt, prima ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir haben prima Tipps und Informationen zu Land und Leuten erhalten. So macht Urlaub Spaß. Wer Natur und Ruhe sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Absolut empfehlenswert!
