Holiday destination
We have decided for this property, or rather we built exactly here, because we are familiar with Greece from the border to Turkey to the Peloponnese, from the Albanian border to Attiki and almost all the islands. Here you can still see "the real Greece". It often seems to us that the time has stopped here. It's still the same as it was 30 years ago. No coastline cluttered with hotels, so that this part of Greece between the Albanian border down to Messolongi can still be seen as old Odysseus saw it.

By plane to Corfu or Preveza or Thessaloniki. By ferry to Igoumenitsa then another 50km drive

Host informationWe are Heidi Lorenz and Uwe Deist. Having grown up in Germany, and managed a company there we did not want to take the plunge into the unknown like many other emigrants have done. We love Greece and have learned the language almost perfectly, and then using our own saved resources, we built this charming property. Since we speak the language, we can show our guests a Greece beyond the tourist stalls. We can cater to all your wishes and offer you more than just a holiday.
This is probably why we received the 'Landlord of the Year' award in 2012. However, we are not resting on our laurels, but are constantly looking for new attractions, on shore, at sea and even under water, so that even our regular guests, who have already visited our facility often, do not get bored. Although we built two of the three houses only a few years ago, improvements are always being made to the house and the gardens to make you feel at home as a guest.

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche (13+16) hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub in der Aspri-Villa in Ammoudia.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. An der Poolbar kommt man mit anderen Familien schnell in Kontakt.
Strand, Tavernen, der Acheron Fluss und Minimarkets sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Meer ist herrlich!
Heidi und Uwe sind ganz tolle Vermieter. Sie sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit und verbringen selbst viele unterhaltsame Stunden mit den Gästen an der Poolbar.
Außerdem bieten Heidi und Uwe unglaublich schöne Touren zu Land und Wasser an.
Unsere Highlights waren definitiv die Segeltour nach Paxos und die Flußwanderung durch den Acheron.
Wir können die Aspri-Villa nur empfehlen und kommen in jedem Fall wieder.
