Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 41 days before the start of the rental period. If the tenant cancels the contract from the 40th day onwards, the damage incurred must be compensated in full, i.e. the entire rent minus 10%. If the rental property can be rented out to someone else, the rent will be refunded on a pro rata basis. Regardless of this, a flat fee of €50 remains payable to the landlords. In order to avoid unnecessary losses, it is advisable to take out
travel cancellation insurance.

Sehr schöne und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete moderne Wohnung. Hell und freundlich. Herrlicher, direkter Blickauf den Hafen. 20 m, bis zur Kaimauer. Kleine, aber schöne Terrasse mit Strandkorb und direktem Blick auf den Hafen. Modernes Badezimmer mit ebenerdigen Duschzugang. Großes Schlafzimmer.
100 m zu Fuß zur Stadtmitte bzw. Altstadt.
Tiefgarage direkt unter der Wohnung.

Als Ostseefans sind wir auch schon vorher mal in Eckernförde gewesen. Diese Stadt ist immer eine Reise wert und bietet in der näheren Umgebung zahlreiche Ausflugsziele. So früh im Jahr waren wir allerdings noch nicht an der See. Umso wichtiger ist da natürlich eine gute Unterkunft. Die Ferienwohnung Lütte Bris entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und und der Kontakt zum Vermieter hervorragend. So wurden wir schon gut auf unseren Urlaub eingestimmt. Die Übergabe am Ankunftstag verlief reibungslos. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Vielen Dank!
