Cancellation policy
Up to three weeks before the agreed arrival date, you can cancel your booking free of charge. Any deposit already paid will be fully refunded.
If you cancel within the three weeks leading up to the planned arrival date and up to three days before the planned arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental price will be charged. This means that any deposit you may have already paid, amounting to 50% of the rental price, cannot be refunded or must be paid.
If you cancel within the last three days before the arrival date, we must unfortunately insist on the payment of the full rental price, as it is no longer possible to rent the property to someone else at such short notice.

Holiday destination
Ustecchio is a historic district of the municipality of Tremosine, situated approximately 400 meters above Lake Garda. In the many districts of the large municipality of Tremosine sul Garda, you will find numerous excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. Ustecchio is an ideal starting point for biking and hiking tours.
Getting there
On the highway heading south, take the Rovereto Sud exit. Then towards Lago di Garda, passing through Mori to Torbole.
Continue along Riva on the western shore of Lake Garda to Limone. In the center of Limone, turn right onto the road going up to Tremosine. After the district of Bassanega, you will come to the district of Ustecchio. Turn towards the center, and after about 200 meters, make a sharp left (180 degrees) onto Via Kennedy.

Das Haus mit dem phänomenale Ausblick hält, was auf den Bildern versprochen wird. Es liegt absolut ruhig und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Auch die Nähe zum Gardasee und Limone ist sehr vorteilhaft. Nicht weit vom Haus gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen. Dort kann man wirklich lecker Brötchen und Backwaren, sowie das Nötigste einkaufen.
Die Gastgeberin, Frau Jellinghaus ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und antwortet immer schnell.
Da das Gelände komplett umzäunt ist, konnte man auch entspannt bleiben wenn der Hund gerade mal nicht zu sehen war. Wir empfehlen das Haus zu 100% weiter.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, für 6 Pers. ausreichend mit sehr guter Ausstattung und beheiztem Pool !
Der Blick auf den Gardasee aus dem Haus, Terrasse und dem schönen top gepflegten Garten, wunderschön!
Sollte es ein Problem geben, die freundlichen Vermieter versuchen es umgehend zu lösen !
Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, unser Hund hat es auch genossen ! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
