The Urbanisation Marbesa is a district of Marbella, only 10 minutes by car from the centre of Marbella and easily accessible via the motorway A-7. Those who want to get to know the culture of the country can easily reach Granada, Seville, Cordoba or Ronda by car or bus in day trips. There is also a great trip to the surfer's paradise in Tarifa or for dolphin and whale watching. The nearby hinterland with its white Andalusian villages also has its special charms and old customs. Those who want to hike or ride will find many opportunities here. For golf and tennis players the Costa del Sol offers a real Mecca and of course all kinds of water sports are available.
Holiday destination
The bungalow is located on a private plot in a quiet residential area of Marbesa/Marbella, only 200 m from the beach. Several beach bars and restaurants are within walking distance as well as a supermarket and hairdresser. Several large shopping centres can be found in the nearby cities of Marbella and Fuengirola, as well as in Malaga.

Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind absolut zu empfehlen, alles da was man braucht. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich sehr sicher. Gute Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen, besonders zu empfehlen das Sindbad ca 5 min zu Fuß. Der Strand am Chiringuito Triana ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und sehr zu empfehlen.
Wur möchten uns ausserdem bei der lieben Margot bedanken, für die super Kommunikation vor dem Urlaub, dem herzlichen Empfang am Haus und die gute Erreichbarkeit während unseres Aufenthaltes.
Dieses Haus würden wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch wieder selber buchen.

Es ist schön, dass Sie mit Haus, Garten, Pool und auch der Umgebung sehr zufrieden waren und sich mit Ihrem Mann hier gut erholen konnten. Auch für mich war die reibungslose und unkomplizierte Kommunikation bereits schon im Vorfeld sehr angenehm. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei bestem Wetter in der Casa Murcia verbracht.
Das Haus war sehr sauber, alles ist bestens gepflegt und funktioniert und entspricht den Bildern. Der sehr kurze Weg zum Strand ist (neben dem schönen Pool) ein großes Plus.
Durch die Lage des Hauses sind viele interessante Ausflüge möglich: Gibraltar, Cordoba, Granada, Malaga, Ronda, ...
Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die gute Organisation und Erreichbarkeit durch Frau Weinmann-Peloke. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür!
