This villa is located in the little town Zaton, not far away from beautiful cities like Zadar and Nin, which are worth visiting. The first beach is only 1 km away from the villa. We recommend visiting the nearby touristy cities Zadar and Nin with many attractions. Nin is a charming town known for its sandy beaches, salines and natural healing mud. Zadar is ideal for architecture lovers, with many museums but also numerous cafes, restaurants and a rich nightlife. Visit its trademark the Church of St. Donatus from the 9th century. Neccesities are in walking distance from the villa.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract, all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancellation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation, the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancellation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at the request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 400 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
