In the apartment, equipped for 2 to 3 guests, you will find a comfortably furnished living room with dining area and a sofa set with sofa-bed, radio and colour TV. There is also a spacious bedroom with a large double bed. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler and all the necessary tableware. On request we can provide a children's travel bed and a high chair. Outside you will find a comfortable seating area in the garden.
Conveniently explore the rural and urban areas. The area around Bamberg, Altenburg Castle and the World Heritage city Bamberg with its brewery and rich cultural history are accessible on foot.
Small quantities of spices, sugar, salt, vinegar, oil, coffee, tea, filters can be found in the kitchen.
Breakfast will be provided on your first morning: Toast, butter, jam, coffee creamer/milk or a small bowl of fruit.

The recreation options are sometimes combined with a 60-minute drive to the house.
The World Heritage City of Bamberg and the Bamberger country attract visitors with its abundance of attractions. You will enjoy both: Bamberg's urban flair with a wide variety of cultural offerings, half-timbered, Franconian style houses and winding alleyways, as well as excursions into the countryside (Franconian Switzerland, the Steigerwald -a hill region-, Haßberge) with its splendid nature and quaint brewery pubs that invite you stop for a snack.

Easy to reach by train and bus no. 308. Pick-up service from the train station can be arranged during the booking process.
Travelling by car: Bamberg has a good motorway connection to the A73 and A70. Once you reach the city ring (ring road), follow the signs to the Krankenhaus (hospital), B22 Würzburg. Follow the ring road until you see the street sign "Babenbergerring" - you're about to reach your destination. Follow that street until you reach house no. 52.

Cancellation of the accommodation contract must be made verbally, in writing, by telephone or electronically. If the guest does not occupy the holiday apartment, the following cancellation conditions apply.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 31 days before the scheduled arrival date.
From 30 to 15 days before the arrival date 25% of the rent will be charged and from 14 days before the arrival date 50% of the rent will be charged unless the landlord is otherwise able to rent the apartment during the cancelled period.
If the cancellation takes place less than 5 days before the agreed rental date, the rental costs must be paid in full. There will be no refund.
