Holiday destination
The apartment Leo am See in Bad Wiessee is located at the edge of the forest about 150m from the shore of the Tegernsee. In a few minutes you reach the marina with restaurant on the lake shore, the bathing park (swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool...), the lido and the lake promenade. During a walk along the lake to the centre of Bad Wiessee (with boat mooring), restaurants and cafés invite you to linger. The Tegernsee lake and its surroundings are also a paradise for sports enthusiasts: swimming, diving, surfing, SUP, sailing (surfing and sailing school with rental in Bad Wiesse), cycling (e-bike rental in the village), mountain biking, hiking, jogging, golf. Here at the Tegernsee with the most beautiful panorama sport becomes a pleasure. In winter, cross-country trails offer over 100 km of cross-country skiing fun and alpine sports enthusiasts can reach the Spitzingsee ski area (Suttenbahn), just 15 km away, in a few minutes by car. For families with children we recommend the playground on the lake shore near the centre and various mini golf courses.
Getting there
By car:
From Munich via the A8 towards Salzburg, take exit 97-Holzkirchen towards Holzkirchen/Tegernsee/Bad Wiessee/Bad Tölz. Continue on B318 to Gmund. Turn right onto Münchner Straße/Tölzer Straße/B318 to Bad Wiessee.
By train:
From Munich main station, take the BOB (Bayerische Oberlandbahn) to Gmund station. From here there is a bus in the direction of Bad Wiessee. Stop Badepark Bad Wiessee. From here it is only 300m to the apartment.

Kleine schnuckelige Ferienwohnung unweit vom Tegernsee. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Hundezwergen da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Kein Autolärm wie in anderen Ferienwohnungen am Tegernsee.
In ca. 1,5 km ist man auf dem schönen Uferweg dann im Zentrum von Bad Wiessee.
Sehr nette Vermieterin und nette Nachbarn.

Wir waren zu viert+Hund (Labrador) und es war für jeden von uns perfekt. Man ist sofort am See u kann auch überall rein. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, man hat alles was man braucht! Wir kommen sicher wieder!
