The ski resort Zillertal 3000 can be easily reached by car in only 10 minutes (approx. 5 km). The illuminated, 7 km-long toboggan run Hainzenberg is approx. 2.5 miles away. Panoramic views of the Zillertal Alps. The immediate vicinity offers beautiful hiking trails and routes for mountain bike tours. The Zell Leisure Park is only 1 km from the house and thus within walking distance. Numerous excursion destinations (Gold Mine Zell am Ziller, Krimml Waterfalls, Zillertal Höhenstraße -mountain road-, etc.) can be reached conveniently by car or on foot.
