Villa Casa Re, located in a small, picturesque Istrian village, contains 2 houses: the main house and a house right across it, which is forseen as a relaxation area. The main house has a ground floor, with a cosy and bright living room and a well equipped kitchen with dining area.
On the first floor of the main house are 2 bedrooms that share one bathroom, while the remaining third bedroom and the second bathroom, are located on the second floor. The smaller house has a ground floor with a dining table and a sitting area & with a separate WC. On the upper floor you will find the "music room". The outdoor area offers an inviting private pool and shaded sitting areas. At your disposal is also a charcoal grill and an outdoor dining area.

From Fažana, a small coastal town with a harbour, you can take a boat trip to Brijuni - one of the national parks in Croatia. If you want to see something special, be sure to visit Central Istria with its magnificent views. During your stay, make sure to visit the city of Pula with its Roman Amphitheatre (25 km) and beautiful city of Rovinj (20 km).

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 200,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
