Cancellation policy
Down payment 40% - immediately after receipt of the invoice, final payment 60% - up to 6 weeks before the start of the trip. If the down payment has not been received within 7 days after receipt of the invoice, your claim to the provision of the rented holiday home expires, the booking can be cancelled by the landlord and be a charged travel cancellation for your part. This contract is binding for the tenant, the landlord reserves the right of withdrawal until receipt of the down payment.
